What this service is

NoCo Radon Pros is a free referral and matching service for radon testing and mitigation in Northern Colorado. We connect homeowners and landlords with independent, Colorado-licensed radon professionals. We are not a contractor. We do not perform radon testing or mitigation, and we do not hold a Colorado radon license. Colorado licenses the professionals who perform that work.

No professional relationship with us

Any testing, mitigation, quote, contract, warranty, or guarantee is strictly between you and the licensed professional you engage. NoCo Radon Pros is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the work performed, the pricing, or the outcome. Verify any contractor's license on the state DORA radon professional lookup before work begins.
