Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit our form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, what the job is, and when you want it done. The form posts to a lead endpoint operated by Compass Camper LLC, which stores the submission in our own database, and Cloudflare Turnstile runs the spam check on it. We may also collect standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type through ordinary web logs.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with an independent, Colorado-licensed radon professional who can contact you, answer your questions, and quote your radon testing or mitigation project, and to respond to you directly. We do not sell your information.

How we share it

We share the details you submit with the licensed radon professional we send your request to, so that professional can contact and quote your project. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the site, and where required by law.

Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that NoCo Radon Pros and a radon contractor may contact you at the phone number you provided, including by automated phone calls and prerecorded messages, regarding radon services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by asking to be removed during any call.

How to opt out or request deletion

To opt out of contact, to correct your information, or to request deletion, email us at [email protected]. To stop calls, tell the caller you wish to opt out.

Cookies and analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
